This simple system must include strategy and mindset. It must also be aligned with your values as a person and how you really want to spend your limited and precious time.

Getting Started

I will guide you through my simple system to achieve work-life balance in one 4-hour session. It all starts here.

The first thing we do together in that session is get clear on your deepest values as a person. Lack of work-life balance can show up when we’re living in a way that isn’t fully aligned with our values.

For example: If you really value family, but you’re having trouble being present with your family, you will likely feel misaligned in that area of your life.

So this is where we start.

Define work-life balance for yourself

The next thing we do in that 4-hour session is define what work-life balance means to you. We will look at your ideal work day and your ideal non-work day, which will help you get super clear on what you’re trying to achieve.

Identify your biggest tension points and create a plan to smooth them out

The final thing we do in that 4-hour session (which will take up the majority of the time), is identify the biggest tension points in your life and business - and create a plan to smooth them out.

In your life, we’ll take a deep look at the time you’re dedicating to your health, money, relationships with other people and yourself, and the time you're spending on all those boring adult responsibilities.

In your business, we’ll take a deep look at the time you’re spending on marketing, sales, your product or service, client delivery, and operations.

We will create a plan to get you back on track in the areas of your life and business that feel most out of alignment with your values and priorities. 

Implement your plan

After our 4-hour session, you will implement the decisions you made into your life and business for immediate relief.

During this time, you will have all the implementation and mindset support you need from me via Slack for 30 days (M-F). We will collaborate there to analyze how things are going and work through any mindset blocks you may be experiencing. 

Maintain the work-life balance you just achieved

You will maintain your newly created work-life balance in a realistic way, which will require adjustments periodically as things in your world evolve.

It will also require a shift in your mindset that has you feeling in control over your time. I will help you achieve this via Slack in our 30 days together.

On the personal side...

We work on 5 main categories. When all 5 categories feel in alignment with your values as a person, you will feel like you've achieved balance in your personal life. Here are some of the common ones:

  1. Health: Making time to exercise more consistently and eat better.
  2. Wealth: Creating a budget to know where your money goes each month and a plan to build your wealth.
  3. Relationships: Reconnecting with family members and friends on a deeper level.
  4. Personal Development and Fun: Prioritizing things you love that have nothing to do with business - like reading books or getting a massage.
  5. Boring Adult Responsibilities: Creating a plan to get the cooking, cleaning, and laundry done without drama.

We will identify YOUR specific personal tension points and we will create a plan to smooth them out. Some of them may match the common ones I listed above.

On the business side...

  1. Marketing: Making time to consistently market your business in a way that matches your strengths.
  2. Sales: Creating a sales plan that requires less of your 1:1 time. 
  3. Product or Service: Making time to improve your product or service so it gets better results for your clients.
  4. Client Delivery: Deciding to create an online course or program that you can deliver to more people and requires less of your 1:1 time.
  5. Operations: Hiring a Virtual Assistant or Online Business Manager to help you manage the day-to-day and continue to grow your business.

We will identify YOUR specific business tension points and we will create a plan to smooth them out. Some of them may match the common ones I listed above.

When you complete this 30 day program, you will have achieved work-life balance or you'll be on your way to achieving it.

You must work fully remote from your own home.
